Janitorial
Routine janitorial services are performed to exceed the customer's expectations. We work with the customer to provide a service around their specific peak activity times and consistently look for ways to improve and offer cost savings.
General Maintenance
Minor building maintenance issues like electrical, HVAC maintenance and repair, landscaping, plumbing, wall repairs, fluorescent light and ceiling tile replacement, etc., can all be taken care of with one call to our trained and responsive crew.
Recycling
Working with other major companies, we continually improve upon our solid waste recycling programs. Diverting solid waste from the landfill saves our customer's money and makes good sense as well.
Cleanroom Maintenance
We are specialized and our teams are well trained in the most current "clean room" and laboratory sanitizing. This expertise also enables us to carry out both janitorial and specialized services for medical and health care facilities.
Moves Adds & Changes
Our team is also trained in providing "in facility" moves and cubical office furniture rearrangements. Once again, "one call" gets the job done promptly, correctly and within budget.
Vendor Management
In addition to interior and exterior fleet vehicle cleaning and detailing, our crews are trained in managing the re-sale program and scheduling of regular maintenance appointments, etc.
