I am one of the founding members of HireVue and currently working for HireVue in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. HireVue is in the business of cutting the costs of hiring for human resources departments and at the same time making it easier for companies to interview and evaluate prospective employees from a broader pool then they have ever recruited from before.
HireVue offers a web-based, video interview system that lets recruiters and hiring managers see video clips of job candidates before bringing them in for an in-person interview. This happens asynchronously, with candidates taking their interviews, and hiring managers viewing them at their convenience. Tremendous amounts of time and money can be saved by evaluating candidates anytime, anywhere, without the burdens of bringing in candidates for that first in-person interview. You see and hear each candidate&%2339;s responses to your questions, evaluate their interpersonal abilities, passion for the position, and other important intangibles.
You build the interview at HireVue, using your own interview questions and criteria, input the candidate's basic information, and we do the rest. Off-site candidates recieve a webcam to take the interview, which is theirs to keep. Interviews can also be taken in company offices, or at any college campus. What makes my services unique?
