What separates us from any collection agency out there is that we do NOT charge a percentage. We charge a flat rate for our customers regardless of the balance being collected. In most cases we are able to collect for about 8 to 10 dollars an account. Furthermore our approach is diplomatic, we want to collect your money but not at the expense of alienating your customer.
