For a repair we will take out the broken or leaking area and fix it. On a replacement we install roof shingles, flash all roof penetrations as required to create a water tight condition.
Install ridge vent / cap shingles as required to ensure adequate ventilation.
Complete clean-up of all debris as associated with this work.
