Assist law firms with all of their liability claims,ie bodily injury claims. My partners and I have experience in negogiating claims for large insurance carriers. We decided to use our experiences in settling claims for the insurance companies and carry this over to the law firms and assist them in settling the claims against the carrier. We obviously know how the insurance companies are going to attack the law firm and we can use those same tactics to help the claimant settle the claim and be rewarded money. What makes our company unique is the fact that there are not many companies in the.market, There are not companies that truely help the attorney's with the entire process of a liability claim. We are an extension of the law firms practice.
The other assesst we bring to the table is, we have the experience settling claims on the other side of the table. We know all of the "tricks of the trade" that the insurance companies use to prove their insured's have little or no fault. We know the proper way to take statements, investigate the seen of the accident and the language of each policy. By knowing the tools the insurance companies are going to use during their investigation, interviewing of witnesses and the negogiations we will be able to use the same tools to place more of the negligence on the insured and gain a larger settlement for the claimant.
