I have access to a number of direct private funding sources ranging from hedge, portfolio. insurance and inside money funds. I fund on nearly any type of commercial real estate project.
I also fund on non-real estate scenarios. Some recent past funding have been securitized by trust funds and debentures. What makes my services unique?
I am aggressive and creative in putting together viable funding structures from the straight vanilla income producing projects to cross collateralized innovative funding. Especially strong in land deals, acquisition and development.
However, I look at any type of proposal from golf courses, casinos, resorts, hotels, etc.
