I have over 10 years of experience in the copier industry, and have certification in document imaging, and document security and workflow. My solutons are all inclusive of my products, of both hardware and software. While I make my presentation my proposition will include a) how we are saving the company money, and B) how it will increase productivity. Some of the brands of the Digital copiers I offer are, Xerox, Canon, Kyocera Mita, HP and Ricoh.

My Document Managment Solutions are from brands like Laserfiche, Liberty IMS, and our own e-Fileroom. WE have offices off Wall Street in NYC, off the coast in Ft. Lauderdale FL. and up in New Haven CT.

What makes my services unique?

Leveraging my tools my CDIA+ certification my MBA, MSCE, A+ and other education I picked up over the years, my relationship with my clients are that of trust and consistancy. My word is my bond, my approach of educating the client and only then making the decision, and the state of our company.

Most of the other companies in town selling copiers, are either mom and pop shops, or mega dealers like the canon or xerox direct. The problem with the big dealers are that; most of the sales people dont last long enough, and even if they do, they do not control the service aspect, and in most cases the account is not big enough to get a priority 1 response.

The problem with the small mom and pop shop are; that they do care, and do want to offer the best service, and do control the service department and know what is going on, the only issue is that they are not bog enough to take care of the m even if they do want to.
