Thank you for your time and for
considering Bay to Bay Appraisals.
Bay to Bay Appraisals will contact your borrowers the same day, and
borrower permitting, we will make every effort to see all properties the same day. We manage our client base so that this feature may be our standard service.
You will be notified of the inspection time by phone or email, and your hardcopy will be delivered via federal express or email within 48 hours. This is our standard service.
Our target market counties include Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, Polk, Hernando, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. We also offer coverage of the State of Florida for an additional fee. Our fee for coverage of target market counties is $300 for either 1004 or 2055 appraisal reports.
