I work as a Finder searching for suitable acquisitions for buyers and sellers that I have access to. My main focus is to find those opportunities that match to what our buyers or sellers are looking for and to introduce the two parties but that I do not take on a fiduciary role with either buyer or seller. What makes my services unique?
My service is no charge to you, only if the potential seller and the buyer that I introduce to you close the deal. I would then receive a Finders fee from the escrow. Testimonials:
