Provides an objective assessment of how the home appears to buyers. The consultation report provides detailed suggestions for each area of the home, inside and out. Color photos, paint color samples, furniture arrangement diagrams, and a pre-showing checklist are all included in the consultation report.
We also offer full staging services. Maui Home Staging does the work for you! The fee for Home Staging Services includes staging time, all staging accessories, complimentary travel time, and de-staging once the contract expires or the house sells. What makes my services unique?
Home Staging has statistically been proven to help homes sell faster and for more money. I work with what the owners already have and help them add a few key accessories. Other Home Staging companies bring in their own furniture and accessories. They charge the sellers for the set-up and a monthly rental fee.
