Interview prospective Buyers to get a good feel for the type of home they are looking to purchase.
Search for and show the home to the prospective Buyer. Handle the negotiation of price, Seller concessions to the Buyer, set up any inspections needed on the home, and do all the paperwork to ensure a smooth closing.
