QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED AT A 341 HEARING *
   
What is your name?
Can you identify your signature on these forms?
Do these schedules list all of your debts and assets?
Do you still live at (the address listed on the Petition)?
Do you rent or own your residence?
Are you married?
What is your home phone number?
Have you ever filed for bankruptcy before?
Are you still employed at (job listed on Statement of Affairs)?
Have you filed state and federal tax returns for every year you were required to do so?  For this year?
Did you receive a tax refund this year?  If so, how much?
Do you have a copy of your most recent tax return?
Do you still maintain the bank accounts listed on your Statement of Affairs?
Did you have any other bank accounts on the date of bankruptcy?
When was the last one closed?
Do you have a safety deposit box?
What are its present contents?
Have you sold or transferred anything within the past twelve months?
Do you own any real estate?
Do you have an interest in the estate of a deceased person?
Do you own a car?
Are you driving one today?
How long has it been since you owned an interest in one?

* Prior to or at the 341 hearing, the trustee may request documentation from the debtor as to bank accounts, retirement benefits, tax refunds, etc.  This should be provided promptly to avoid any delay in receipt of a discharge.
